🛡️ Operation Thoofan 2.0
As part of strengthening anti-drug activities across Kerala, Mulanthuruthy Block Panchayat is actively supporting awareness, prevention and community participation initiatives against the use and spread of narcotic and other addictive substances.
Operation Thoofan 2.0 aims to create a strong community-based response against drug abuse by bringing together local government representatives, families, educational institutions, students, youth, teachers, parents, social organisations and the general public.
Along with legal and enforcement measures, the programme gives importance to awareness, prevention, early intervention and active participation of the community in creating a safer and healthier society.

Community Partnership
Bring together local institutions, organisations and citizens to build a collective response against drugs.
