The committee unanimously approved the annual budget for the Mulanthuruthy Block Panchayat for the 2026-27 financial year on March 3, 2026. Presented by Block Panchayat Vice President Shri Benny K. Paulose and previously approved by the Finance Standing Committee on February 25, 2026, the budget projects an opening balance of ₹31,27,942, revenue of ₹10,94,10,390, expenditure of ₹10,72,17,220, and a surplus of ₹53,21,112.
